The location is fantastic, just five minutes from Changdeokgung Palace and a short walk to Jongno station. The bathroom features a strong water heater, perfect for cold weather, and the common area has a relaxed, homey vibe that encourages guest interaction.

The main entrance door isn't locked late at night, giving a slight security concern. My room had a bit of a damp feel, which wasn't ideal but manageable.

Breakfast included simple options like cereal and toast, fine. I particularly enjoyed the common area where I could relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while meeting other travelers. One drawback was the room cleaning schedule. It was stated to occur every third day, but my room wasn't cleaned during my four-night stay. While I could collect fresh towels from reception, I wished for more attention to housekeeping. I had a wonderful time and would love to come back.
